The What If Factor

What if you allow yourself to go through your house with a bag and put every item in there that has no true value to you? How many things do you think you would allow yourself to get rid of? Is your home full of sentimental items? Clothes? Collectibles? Trinkets? Books? Toys? Is your garage so full that it defeats the purpose of allowing your vehicle to have shelter? Do you feel like you need to have a mass garage sale and the thought of going through stuff is entirely overwhelming?

What if I told you that you could enjoy life more, stress free, andtaste freedom?

We're constantly afraid to try new things and especially a new style of life. It can be intimidating, but it doesn't have to be. You may not comprehend it in the sense of seeing light at the end of the tunnel, and you may think this idea is absurd, but try to be open minded. We all have our own form of minimizing, but if you have to organize a bunch of stuff, you more than likely have too much and that's why you are having to organize all of these things. You don't have to do this all at once. Start with your car and the things in there. The way your car looks inside is a lot of what your life looks like too. Take active steps, they can be little ones. See if you find a little bit of freedom, and easy breathing.
