Reasons To Be Happy
What you put into it, you get out of it. Plain and simple. Whether you have a habit of being pessimistic or if you are an athlete, an addict, a CEO, a parent, a lost twenty-something-year-old, a retail worker, an ice cream scooper, etc. If you choose to cruise through life finding something negative about everything you do and you let all the little itchy things get under your skin and you are constantly justifying yourself to others around you and even to yourself of why you are doing what you are doing, take a moment of realization to just breathe and be who you are.
There are moments when you fall to the ground, and life isn't always a comfortable ride. There are times where we all feel trapped, suffocated, can't breathe, and we can get lost easily, it happens. If we are finding a reason to be upset, we are going to find it. Why? Because we have already made up our minds to attract negative vibes. It's the same way with positivity though. When I go into something with a happy attitude, I am attracting positive vibes and all the people, places, and things that come along with it.
Here's a little advice: smile right now, while you're reading this. You are being supplied with natural, instant happiness; it's inevitable. You are forcing yourself to smile which releases dopamine. So, next time you're on the phone dealing with someone for an issue, smile even if its fake and even if you are frustrated because I guarantee you it will help.
Start today, and change your mindset. Every single one of us want a great future and a wonderful life. Nobody wishes to be struggling in multiple areas of life, but all of us wish the best for our loved ones and hope the best for ourselves. Also, literally speaking truth and positivity out loud to yourself does wonders. If you think you're too cool for doing so, that's fine! You're missing out. Stand in front of a mirror and say, "Today is going to be awesome! I'm going to be positive about everything that comes my way, I am worthy, I am grateful for this life I have been given, and I'm going to turn the other cheek and choose joy, regardless"!
Be who you are; find yourself.
